Art Reality Plans & Features

1. Can I get a free demo before subscribing?

Absolutely! A free trial is available via the demo page. You can upload a single artwork and view this by downloading the Art Reality app.

2. How does the demo work?

You will need to download the Art Reality app to experience the demo so that you can view your art in your home.

3. How do I get started?

Choose a plan from our pricing page to get started. If you interested in a branded app, select your plan, fill in our form and our friendly team will arrange a time to run through the features and onboarding process.

4. How do I manage my art?

Once you have subscribed to a plan, you will have access to our Admin dashboard which allows you to setup your gallery profile and upload your art.

5. What is the difference between a shared app and a fully branded app?

A shared app allows you to be part of our Art Reality marketplace app alongside other artists and galleries. Alternatively, a fully branded app is your own standalone app which features your logo and styling as well as various other customisable features.

6. What platforms is Art Reality available for?

Art Reality is available on both iOS and Android mobile. To experience Augmented Reality, you will need an iPhone 6S upward or a modern Android mobile device (ie. Samsung Galaxy S8 upward, Google Pixel upward, OnePlus 7 upward).

Payment & Subscription

1. How do I pay for my subscription?

Art Reality plans are paid monthly as subscriptions. Payment is secure and risk free via PayPal and billed monthly from the day you subscribe.

2. Is there a minimum subscription period?

Art Reality plans are monthly so you can cancel any time prior to your next month’s billing.

3. Can I change or cancel my plan?

You can cancel or change your plan at any time. Contact our friendly team if you would like to adjust your plan.
